Buyers must use accurate account, payment, recipient, phone, email, and delivery address information. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details, quantities, seller return settings, shipping charges, taxes, and the final checkout summary before authorizing payment.
Sellers must complete VaultMKT seller onboarding, email verification, Stripe Identity verification where required, Stripe Connect payout setup, and Shipping From address setup before using protected seller workflows.
VaultMKT production shipping uses Shippo for address validation, live carrier rates, label purchase, and tracking updates. Carrier tracking webhooks may automatically move orders to label created, shipped, out for delivery, delivered, or exception states.
Seller return settings are captured at purchase and control ordinary return eligibility for that order. If a seller accepts normal returns, the buyer may request a return after delivery during the configured return window, currently 7 days unless VaultMKT changes it.
Buyers may open eligible disputes only after an order has been marked shipped and within the applicable dispute window. Rookie seller orders generally use a 72-hour post-delivery dispute window; Pro seller orders generally use a 48-hour post-delivery dispute window.
VaultMKT is for trading cards and related collectibles that can be lawfully sold by the seller. VaultMKT may remove listings, cancel orders, withhold payouts, report activity, or suspend accounts when prohibited activity is suspected.
Pro is a recurring seller subscription. Unless checkout says otherwise, Pro is $49 per month after any displayed trial or promotional period. Pro renews until canceled.
